Return Policy

‘To provide the best possible shopping experience, we accept free returns on orders that have been determined to have clear damage missed by our QC inspection!(Restrictions Apply) Our warranty lasts for 7 days from the date your order was received. After 7 days have passed since receiving your order, we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.’

 

For an Eligible Return:

 

  1. Free Returns are ONLY Applicable for any QC errors or damages caused by us, and approved by our team. Our team will provide you a decision on your claim within 24-48 hours. Return shipping costs will be covered for USA CUSTOMERS ONLY. All Non-USA customers will be responsible for their own return shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

 

  1. Your order must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If the product arrives damaged or in a different condition from what we sent, we will deduct up to the full purchase amount from the refund and may deny the request.

  1. It must be in its original packaging. 

  1. For sizing matters or if you just changed your mind, we can offer a one-time exchange for a different product of equal or lesser value. (You will be responsible for return shipping costs only) 

 

  1. For these issues mentioned in (4), any shipping fee back to us will not be covered. 

  1. We encourage using USPS for your returns.

  1. All refund requests must be approved by our team to qualify. After you submit your claim through our portal, we will respond within 24-48 hours guaranteed. 
  2. All exchange requests will be approved if made within 7 days of receiving          your order.


**Important Notice** (Restrictions) 


We work diligently to provide the best quality control on our products. We want to make sure that you get the shoe or product you desired every time, and always come back for more! For this reason, for any defects or QC errors on our part, we’ll replace or refund your order free of charge!

With this being said, all our sneakers and clothing are 95% and above accurate to the retail, this really depends as each batch is made very limited in order to maintain TOP quality & consistency throughout. We guarantee our products to be 95% accurate or above, or we will issue you a replacement. 

 


Note: We will provide you with the return address once we have determined your claim is eligible for a refund/exchange. (See below to submit your claim) Do not send your purchase back to our sender's address, we will be sending you a return address once you reach out to us. If you send back to the wrong address, we are not responsible for the loss. 


Refunds or Exchanges Strictly NOT Accepted:


  1. Products which are returned after 7 days of receiving your order

  1. Products not in original condition, worn, have damaged or missing parts not due to our error. 

  1. We do not issue refunds for matters involving size. For example, "I got the wrong size" or "It does not fit" does not qualify for a refund. We can offer a one time exchange for sizing concerns. Please see (4) under "For an Eligible Return" for additional information.
  2. If you simply disliked the product or were unsatisfied, you may exchange your product with another item from our store within our 7 day return window. 
  3. Any return that does not meet our policy guidelines will be declined, or subject to a 15-25% restocking fee. 


Steps to Exchange or Refund 


  1. Submit a Return/Exchange request on our website and be as detailed as possible when filling in your information. Include photos of any production errors you noticed that will help us decide on your claim. 

  1. After submitting your ticket, we will get back to you within 24-48 hours guaranteed. 

  1. Upon approval for any exchange or refund, you will receive an email from us which will provide the return address and additional instructions. Return labels may only be issued for clear defects in the product missed by our Quality Control inspections.

For Eligible Orders/Cancellation:

We move fast to ensure we ship your order asap. Because of the speed we operate at, we are unable to cancel or update any order that has already been placed.

We are unable to change the address used when making the purchase.

We are unable to change the product, or product size from your order. 

Please ensure you select your correct size, and correct style when making your purchase. 

Please also ensure you provide us with the correct address at checkout. 

We are unable to provide any compensation for a package that has been successfully delivered by the courier, but rejected by the customer at delivery and sent back with the carrier.
